SHIPPING POLICY

Felipe Conde Guitarrero S.L. ships all orders via certified mail.

Before confirming the order the client shall be duly informed of the price of shipping and time of delivery for that particular order. Notwithstanding, either can vary depending on particular circumstances of each shipment.

Felipe Conde Guitarrero S.L. takes all measures in its power to guarantee the prescribed time of delivery; however the company will not be responsible for any delays or loss involving non parties of the shipping contract. Times of delivery may be altered due to exceptional circumstances concerning the postal service or difficulties in personally delivering the parcel to a designated person.

The shipping costs listed on the website upon confirmation of the order are orienational. Felipe Conde Guitarrero S.L. reserves the right to modify the shipping cost in case the weight of the parcel is higher than the standard weight for which the orientational cost of shipment was determined. In case there is a shipping cost variation, this fact will be communicated to the client via the email provided at which time the client may opt to cancel the order without any additional cost whatsoever.

RETURN POLICY

Felipe Conde Guitarrero S.L. only admits two types of returns:

  1. Returns due to defects or errors in shipment.

In this particular case, our company will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of the item and shipping of the correct product back to the client. The returned product should be sent back in he same condition in which it was received. The client shall communicate any defect oo error in shipment to Felipe Conde Guitarrero S.L. no later than seven days following the receipt of the product by calling +34 915 418 738 or via email info@felipeconde.es, in both cases the client should cite the following information:

  1. Reference number and date of the order
  2. Name and price of the article
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Date and address where the product may be picked up
  1. Returns due to lack of conformity with the product purchased.

In case the client is not entirely satisfied with the product she or he purchased through our website, the client may return the product within seven days of receipt using the same shipping service. In this case the client will be responsible for all the incurred shipping costs and will be reimbursed only for the actual product she or he is returning. The product shall be returned unused and in its original packaging.

The client shall communicate his or her inconformity with the product within seven days of receipt of the product by calling +34 915 418 738 or via email info@felipeconde.es, in both cases the client should cite the following information:

  1. Reference number and date of the order
  2. Name and price of the article
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Date and address where the product may be picked up
  5. Bank wire transfer instructions in the case the product was paid for at the post office upon receipt of the product.

Return of funds will be executed once we have received the returned product in the same condition as when it was shipped, in its original packaging if applicable.

Past seven days of receipt of the product the client will not be entitled to any returns of refunds.
